Criminology is an alliance of both social sciences and forensics. As a multidisciplinary subject, one will be dealing with research directed in arenas beyond laboratories like economics, anthropology, and psychology to decode criminal behaviour. This B.A (Hons.) Criminology and Criminal Justice aims to nurture the study of how and why crimes happen along with understanding the criminal behavior, analysis of testimony, and examination of the social conditions pertaining to criminal and the crime. This programme is the first ever exclusive course on Criminology and Criminal Justice to be launched in 2022-23 academic year.
Criminology is one of the broadest field which encompasses forensic sciences, victimology etc. One can opt any of the sub-fields to pursue their career on.
